Mav Training service Pvt. Ltd., a sister organization of ISO certificate holder Mav Overseas Pvt. Ltd. having long experience in the foreign employment service, has established its own training center in Kathmandu in 2004. It has also planned to establish its training centers in five different regions of Nepal. The training centers will gradually be expanded to other regions.
Objectives of Establishing Training Centers
The main objective of establishing training centers in different places of Nepal is to provide orientation training, language training, and various skills development-training programs for those who want to go to abroad for employment. The specific objectives are as follows:
- To organize orientation and skill development training programs for those who are in search of foreign employment.
- To organize language-coaching classes in order to help workers develop basic language of the employing countries.
- To conduct program on education, training, research studies, seminar, consulting and information services related to labor and foreign employment management.
- To help establish, promote and practice a sound industrial relations in the foreign employment sector.
- To undertake activities with a view to make foreign employment more reliable, productive and accessible through training, studies and publications.
- To help for those who are returned from foreign employment and want to conduct their own business and better utilize their earnings in a productive field through proper identification of various viable business projects, development of business schemes and management support for their businesses.
